Today, I'd to arrange how to describe the foods that we used to have normally. As well as discuss about how successful we become healthy.
<Pizza>
A Pizza was my favorite food when I was younger. I hardly ate the pizza due to lack of pizza restaurants. We can see variety brands of pizza such as Domino, Pizza Hut and so on. It contains various topping and ingredients therefore, it must be calorific. In other words, Too many pizza causes obesity . I don't recommend you to have it often but just enjoy the food once in a month.
<Bibimbab>
When we ask it to foreigners, they don't know absolutely. Because, a Bibimbab is traditional Korean food. It is not only good for health, but also easy to make it, put ingredients like vegetables, meat and sources and then mix it together. The good thing is, mixed ingredients give abundant nutrients and harmonized flavor. If you want to have it with spicy flavor, you can put the red pepper source in it to mix. It will be much delicious.
